The school Priekules Vidusskola  is amazing. We learnt that it used ti be a casttle built by a Swedish Duke. Opposite the school there are all kinds of open air courts and fields for sports and an indoor sports center with the school canteen and all sorts of facilities.

We were welcomed by the headteacher and the program coordinator Mrs Zaiga and attended a wonderful performance by the students.

In the evening we enjoyed a cultural gathering with depiction of traditional food and dances from every country.

Last stop of the day was the 14th century town of Kuldiga with the widest waterfall in Europe, although not very high, where we had the chance to admire the phenomenon of the 'flying fish" as the trout and the salmon travel upsream, opposite the flow of the river, in order to reproduce.
